* Mailer:
  • Fixed access to Google Mail. This should now allow Mailer to download and access gmail. Bare in mind that Google only allow roughly 300 messages or so downloaded at any one time. Simply repeat the Check Mail process to get more of your messages after each 300 messages block has been received.

* General:
  • Finance: Added new add/edit details windows for Sales, Purchase and Bank Transactions.
  • Resources: Added new Add/Edit details to identify the different Resource kind. This may be a Person, Product or Service. The details fields change accordingly. You will also notice the Tabs have gone and replaced with a tree view on the left side. Making it easier to navigate to the detail page.
  • Added DSM facility in Mailer. Now you can manage and download DSM messages directly in do-Organizer.
  • Compact/Repair now has progress meter to show the stage.
  • Added option to stop Indexing the database. If you stop the Index, you will have to rebuild a full index at a later time.
  • Scribe: Added sub note command.
  • Attachment command added to Task Details.
  • MindScape: Added ability to insert tables in a Cell Block, with a new toolbar to manage the table properties.
  • DoNotes: Added Database Insert Field Marker for making templates/letters/labels.

Improvements

* General:
  • Spreadsheet facility has been removed from Finance. After careful thought, we have decided to remove this facility, due to the component quality not being up to our high standard. 15 Jan 2008. This has now been re-instated. The spreadsheet has been put back in.
  • Database engine stability has been improved.
  • IMAP removed from Mail accounts due to non-working library.
  • Text wrapping on status bar text
  • Image capture on add/edit windows now minimize the Main window also.
  • Calendar: Full day event text is now left aligned and icons not going over/under text.
  • Duplicate linking to the same record now gives a warning message.
  • Journal and Link chooser now shows bolded dates if items exist on that date.
  • Planner event: Asks if want to save if any changes made.
  • RSS compatibility improvements in Mailer.
  • Mailer: If a RSS folder is removed, the account is removed also.
  • Mindscape: Scrollbars extends a little farther to allow extra editing on page.
  • Many other minor improvements to icons and screen refreshes.

  • Dismiss/Dismiss All in Calendar for recurring appointments.
  • Size of database after compacting now reduces further.
  • Removal of sign in info when selected from sign in status to no sign in.
  • Contacts: Details window birth date/anniversary age calculations.
  • Folder properties text color retained.
  • Files Explorer: Improved stability and handling of files display when window is sized quite small.
