do-Organizer Tasks List-View (data grid)
You will notice substantial improvements in the list-view area of the Tasks section compared to previous versions of do-Organizer. The improvements mainly come in the form of better filtering of all the different types of task.
We still have list-view header sorting (some may classify it as a kind of filtering). We can still organize tasks using Navigator folders. However, additional filtering options add much more functionality when it comes to sorting and organizing tasks for better access.
Note the new tabs and tool-bar:
![]()
Now I can view all my tasks, open tasks, completed tasks or closed tasks with a click of the mouse using the list-view tabs.
Tasks within a selected tab can be filtered by showing only certain tasks such as showing, only uncompleted, in progress, waiting for something and so on. You can choose to show all types or combinations of types such as showing only: Tasks in progress and Deferred tasks. You can take it even further to show tasks by due status. Click on the "Due" drop-down and check the available options.
Another additional new feature is the ability to group tasks. This is very useful for those who deal with many tasks on a daily basis. Click on the "Group by" drop- down and see the variety of options available for grouping your tasks.

There are additional features to manipulate your tasks in List-view. For a selected task (or tasks) you can add a flag to it, or mark its status manually, whether it's completed, ongoing, deferred and so on.
As in all other list-view areas of do-Organizer you can change the List-view column header order by dragging them to different locations. You may want to view the "Status" column as the first column rather than the default "Type" column.
