Insert Annotations in your Note
One of the things I like best about Scribe Notes is the "Annotation" feature. You'll love it once you start using it.
How many times have you felt the need to add bits and pieces of information to your document as you are writing? Things that are relevant but just don't fit in the paragraph? If you add it these in parentheses it will destroy the flow of your text. In the end most of us have resorted to using traditional methods of putting special markers in parentheses and adding those important bits to the end of the page or document. Well, computers are supposed to help us to streamline our tasks. I think the implementation of Annotations in Scribe Notes is a classic example of utilizing computing power in an appropriate way.

You can insert an annotation by various methods. Using the "Insert" menu, right-click menu on the Scribe canvas or the shortcut icon placed on the insert tool-bar usually situated at the bottom of the Canvas area.

When I need to add extra comments and data anywhere in my note that are not visible immediately, I use annotations. They are not paragraphs or visible text. Annotations are represented with special markers. When you click on them you see the whole content. For example: Left Click on this icon to view its content. Right click on the annotation icon to select a different icon from the list of available icons if desired.

The Annotation window can be re-sized and moved around your screen, even if do-Organizer is minimized. This is great for collecting data while surfing the web or extracting data from other applications.
